P3M STIE Pasundan pursued the goal of sustainable research and community engagement. They continuously developed and enhanced these areas, fostering a culture of ongoing research. Faculty members and students engaged in meaningful research projects, advancing knowledge. The Center of Research and Community Serviceis an implementation element in the field of research and community service which has a direct position and carries out functions established by the Chair of STIE Pasundan as a development in the field of Research and Community Service.
The organizational structure of P3M consisted of three key positions: the Head of Research and Community Engagement, the Head of Research, and the Head of Community Services. The Head of Research was responsible for developing and implementing relevant research programs. Meanwhile, the Head of Community Services directed and supervised community engagement initiatives aimed at directly benefiting the community. The collaboration among these positions ensured synergy and effectiveness in conducting research and community services activities at STIE Pasundan.

Building a vibrant community of creative and accomplished people. P3M empowered students by involving them as research assistants. In this role, students had the opportunity to actively participate in research activities conducted by faculty members and P3M staff.

In 2024, the winner of the National Competitive Grant carried out their research based on the title of their project. With the support and funding provided through the grant, the researcher conducted their study, focusing on the predetermined research topic. The aim was to generate new findings and make significant contributions in their chosen field of research.
In 2024, the winner of the National Competitive Community Engagement Grant actively carried out their community engagement activities by optimizing environmental health through a waste bank program. They worked to educate and involve the community in sustainable waste management practices, aiming to improve environmental cleanliness and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
